Processing Time

Every order is packed in our signature matte black box with tissue and a ribbon pull. Gift orders include a wooden box and hand-sealed wax seal.

Fragrance & Air Freight

All our fragrances comply with IATA regulations for alcohol-based products. Some carriers may have restrictions โ€” we'll notify you if an order is affected.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? โ–ผ

Yes โ€” if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately at hello@simplyyours.co or WhatsApp and we'll update it. Once dispatched, we're unable to redirect packages.

Do you ship to PO boxes or forwarding addresses? โ–ผ

We do not ship to PO boxes for express orders. Standard shipping to PO boxes within Singapore is accepted where courier service allows.

What happens if I'm not home for delivery? โ–ผ

The courier will attempt redelivery or leave a card. For NinjaVan deliveries, you can reschedule via their app. For SingPost, you can collect from the nearest post office.

Are international duties and taxes included in the price? โ–ผ

No โ€” for international orders, import duties, customs taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fee.

Can I track my order? โ–ผ

Yes. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website (NinjaVan, SingPost, or DHL).
